1. General
By booking or attending classes at evolve, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Participation in classes is undertaken at the client’s own risk.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that they are medically and physically fit to participate in reformer Pilates classes.
2. Health & Medical Responsibility
Clients must complete the required Health & Readiness Form prior to attending their first class.
Clients are responsible for informing evolve of any injury, medical condition, pregnancy, pain, symptoms or change in health status that may affect participation.
Where appropriate, clients should seek advice from a GP, consultant, physiotherapist or other qualified medical professional before participating.
evolve reserves the right to refuse participation where it is considered unsafe to continue.
3. Pregnancy
Clients who are pregnant must inform evolve prior to attending class.
Participation during pregnancy is undertaken at the client’s own discretion and responsibility.
Clients should seek appropriate medical advice before participating in reformer Pilates during pregnancy.
Exercise modifications may be required and some exercises may be restricted.
4. Booking & Attendance
All classes must be booked in advance through the booking system.
Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for class.
For safety and class-flow reasons, entry will not be permitted once a class has started.
Late arrivals will be treated as a missed session.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel a booked class up to 6 hours before the scheduled class start time without losing the session credit.
Cancellations made within 6 hours of the class start time, or failure to attend, will result in the session being forfeited.
If evolve cancels a class, affected clients will receive a refund or class credit.
6. Packages & Expiry
Class packages are valid for the period stated at the time of purchase.
Unused classes remaining after the expiry date will automatically expire and are non-refundable.
Extensions are not guaranteed and may be granted only at evolve’s discretion.
Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by evolve.
7. Grip Socks, Clothing & Studio Etiquette
Grip socks must be worn during all reformer classes.
Clients should wear suitable exercise clothing and follow instructor guidance at all times.
Hair grip claws/clips are not permitted during class, as they may damage reformer equipment and can be uncomfortable or unsafe when lying on the carriage.
Filming, photography and audio recording are not permitted within the studio without prior permission from evolve.
Mobile phones should be kept on silent during class.
8. Safety & Conduct
Clients must follow all instructor instructions and use equipment only as directed.
evolve reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any client whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate.
9. Personal Belongings & Parking
Personal belongings are brought into the studio at the client’s own risk.
On-site parking is used entirely at the vehicle owner’s risk.
evolve accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings or vehicles.
CCTV may operate in external areas, including the car park, for safety and security purposes.
10. Liability
While evolve takes reasonable steps to provide a safe environment and properly instructed classes, participation in physical exercise carries inherent risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, evolve accepts no liability for injury, loss or damage arising from participation in classes, except where caused by negligence.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
11. Privacy
Client information is handled in accordance with evolve’s Privacy Policy.
Health information is collected only where relevant to safe participation and is treated confidentially.
